This MTS1025 model trommel screen is customized according to the requirements of Austrian customers, based on our MTS1230 model.
The diameter of the drum is 1200 mm and the length of the drum is 2500 mm. The aperture of the screen is designed to be 25 mm according to the customer's requirements, and the customer also purchased a screen accessory with a diameter of 20 mm. The processing capacity reaches 30 cubic meters per hour.
The customer is used to screen compost. This trommel screen is equipped with a large hopper that can be fed by a conveyor or a forklift. There is a flat feed conveyor inside the hopper that can evenly transport the materials entering the hopper to the screen.
Since the screen is designed in one size, the conveyor is designed as a side conveyor and a tail conveyor according to the customer's needs. The side conveyor is used to convey the fine material passing through the screen, and the tail conveyor is used to convey the material on the screen, that is the large material. The conveyor can effectively transport the material to the corresponding height for stacking, preventing the material from accumulating near the trommel screen.
There is also a cleaning brush on the trommel screen, which can continuously clean the screen during the operation of the material to prevent the screen from being blocked. In addition, our cleaning brushes are made of high-quality nylon, which is stronger and more wear-resistant than plastic brushes on the market.
We also designed 4 doors that can be opened and closed at the baffles on both sides of the trommel screen, which can be opened to check the working status of the trommel screen during the working process of the machine.
The front of the trommel screen is equipped with a tractor that can be used to move the machine with a trailer or truck. The machine itself is equipped with tires, which can be easily moved between different work sites.
